Hummus: Chickpeas puree.
Aubergine puree.
Beef Kefta. Skewers of minced beef meat.
Falafel: Chickpeas balls
Tzaziki: Cucumber and yogurt salad.
Moroccan Tabuleh: Couscous salad with vegetables.
